Love Integrity Systems A/C company; great employees; always on time; keep you notified Re arrival time for appt. Very thorough, knowledgeable and careful. Today Integrity cleaned all the ducts, including washing the grills. They also installed an air purifier in the HVAC hutch promised cleaner air. I have referred my son to Integrity where they also did a great job two years ago installing a new HVAC which had performed perfectly and quietly! Thank you, Integrity.
The crew that installed our new furnace were professional and courteous. They worked well together and wasted no time. The installation is very tidy and and they cleaned up well when finished. I definitely recommend Integrity Comfort Systems for HVAC services.
Three months after install and I called to have the system balanced. Mike came out just a couple days later. I'm sure he thought it would be a quick but it turned into a bit more than expected. However, he persevered and the system is working really well now. Thanks again to a great team.

On time, good communication before appointment and during the scheduled appointment. Steven listened to what had been done to our HVAC system in the past and gave good advise and recommendations for future repairs/updates. He mentioned adding a surge protector to our system and helped us to realize a past repair was done incorrectly, wrong size Capacitor was installed.
A minor issue was quickly resolved, again great service.
