Troy came out today to do routine maintenance on my HVAC system. He also installed a surge protector on our heat pump unit and compressor. Just a small price to help ensure no damage from a power surge. Troy was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He took pictures of everything he did. It was a great experience.
Troy did a thorough job in replacing the ECM Blower and installing the power surge protector. He tested that it worked and then showed me the work that he did. Excellent job!

Oscar and James came to do duct cleaning. They discovered that most of our ducts were small with severe right angles which prevented their hose from going completely up the duct. They cleaned around the openings as much as they could, and did full service on the others. The whole job was done at a reduced cost, although they spent many hours doing it. They were friendly and professional. I have used Integrity for 26 years and am completely satisfied with all their service. Julie in the office always keeps me informed.

Troy came out and identified the problem within minutes. It simply was a loose wire. That's it.
A lot of companies could have easily turned that into a much bigger (and much more expensive) repair. It would've been simple to say something major needed replacing and I probably wouldn't have known the difference. Instead, Troy fixed the actual issue quickly and didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary.
That level of honesty is rare, and it's exactly why I trust them.

Exceptional all around! From the sales team to the install team, everyone was great and got everything done exactly as expected. The AC and furnace are wonderfully quiet. Would highly recommend them to anyone!!
