Recently had ICS come out and install a new Ruud furnace, Ruud AC unit, install a new thermostat, and replace ducting in my attic. It's been a couple of weeks now and, so far so good. I will definitely update my review after this upcoming Summer. The ICS staff of Michael, Kenny, Eric and Christopher were friendly, professional and very efficient in taking on this huge project. They were also on time for the job and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day. The pricing was fair and reasonable for the size of the job. I highly recommend ICS if someone has heating or AC issues.
I am always so happy with Integrity Comfort Systems! Today Chris Spalding came out for our 6 month checkup - he was so pleasant and meticulous as always! We love our 6-month old FAU/AC system and I totally forgot that this checkup/filter change is free! What a nice surprise!

LOVE THEM! They are professional! Will work to make sure the job is done and done well! I would use them again and again! From the dispatcher Julie to the technician Eric...they are top notch people who love what they do and have a heart for service! My only regret was that I didn't find them first before trying two other companies who did horrible jobs cleaning cleaning my vents. Eric came, identified the problem and went above and beyond to see to it that it was fixed. I'm truly grateful! Could not say enough good things about this company!
