Great experience with Integrity! They were very efficient and timely, which was helpful since our air handler went out during hot weather. Very nice, friendly, and helpful! Mike took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. I really appreciated everything!

Communicative, polite, on-time, professional, clean - everything you want when dealing with any service provider.
I had a commercial job that was a little complicated - removing old ducts and reconfiguring a new layout with new ducts, all above a drop-ceiling grid that had to stay in place.
Other companies (that claimed they did commercial) didn't want to bid once they heard the job. But Integrity Comfort Systems came through and knocked it out of the park and didn't even need a huge crew to get it done.
I think we found our new HVAC people from here on out.

Recently had ICS come out and install a new Ruud furnace, Ruud AC unit, install a new thermostat, and replace ducting in my attic. It's been a couple of weeks now and, so far so good. I will definitely update my review after this upcoming Summer. The ICS staff of Michael, Kenny, Eric and Christopher were friendly, professional and very efficient in taking on this huge project. They were also on time for the job and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day. The pricing was fair and reasonable for the size of the job. I highly recommend ICS if someone has heating or AC issues.

We bought an air conditioning unit last year, and it has been working great. As promised when we purchased the unit, they came out today to service the equipment. Steven was on time, wore a mask (Covid), provided new filters and made sure all was in working order. I highly recommend Integrity Comfort Systems.
