I had this company come out for an AC tune-up before summer. They were running a special, had great reviews, and I liked that they're a local business. Their communication was excellent -- they confirmed the appointment and sent text updates with the technician's arrival time.
Troy, the tech who came out, was fantastic. He was professional, friendly, and thorough. He inspected the system, cleaned the compressor coils, and ran a full test to make sure everything was working properly. I was very happy with the service.
This will definitely be my go-to HVAC company from now on!

In this day and age, it is so difficult to find a company as exceptional as in Integrity,… What a perfect name. Every employee of this company has not only been professional, but every one of them has been so kind and respectful. Hard to find these days. They showed up at the day and time Scheduled… And worked hard all day until the job was finished. Every single piece of paper and wrapper was cleaned up when they were done. I asked them to leave extra business cards so I could hand them out to neighbors when their aging HVAC equipment goes out. I honestly can't think of anything negative to say whatsoever not even some picky little thing. Exceptional.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Integrity Air Conditioning, especially because of Josh. From the moment he arrived, he was so kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel so much easier.

Josh was incredibly thorough when diagnosing the problem. He took the time to really figure out what was going on and explained everything to us in a way that was easy to understand. He didn't make us feel rushed or pressured. Instead, he patiently went over the feedback, answered all of our questions, and gave us the different options we had for getting the problem fixed.

What stood out to me most was how much Josh seemed to genuinely care. He was honest, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with our options and confident in the next steps.

It's not often that you come across someone who is not only great at what they do, but is also such a kind and caring person. Josh is truly an asset to Integrity Air Conditioning, and we are so grateful for the time and effort he put into helping us.
