Steven listened to what had been done to our HVAC system in the past and gave good advise and recommendations for future repairs/updates. He mentioned adding a surge protector to our system and helped us to realize a past repair was done incorrectly, wrong size Capacitor was installed.

I was very pleased with Integrity. They came out talked with us and tried to see if a repair was possible. The cost of repair was over the amount needed on a 20 year old system. They put in new HVAC and never pressured us one bit. Michael was professional always allowing us to think and ponder what we should do. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for repair or replacement. There is no pressure to make a decision, and they are willing to answer and return calls promptly. They were a blessing to my family and I had 12 companies come out and all of them kept bad mouthing companies and product. Integrity never once bad mouthed another product or company they just kept reassuring that we would be happy.
