I want to mention that I previously met with many air/ac companies who provided me quotes but for some reason, I was not convinced or trusted what they offered. This was the best experience I've ever had with HVAC companies. From the comprehensive explanation of the new electric heat pump from Steven, which would replace my old, leaking, noisy gas system then Jared and his crew worked incredibly hard installing it, solving problems that inevitably arise with an older home. They were punctual, respectful and really considerate, leaving me with a far superior heating/AC system. Integrity has a service plan for maintenance which I will get. It's nice to have faith in a company!
