reached out to Integrity Comfort Systems, and they were able to send a technician the same day—within just a few hours—to check out my HVAC system. Troy called ahead when he was on his way, and once he arrived, he was incredibly helpful. He clearly explained why my gas furnace hadn't been running due to a potential safety hazard, and walked me through what needed to be done to fix the issue so our home could be safe and warm with winter approaching. They did not charge me a dime!
Great company, excellent service, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for skilled and dependable HVAC technicians.

I want to mention that I previously met with many air/ac companies who provided me quotes but for some reason, I was not convinced or trusted what they offered. From the time I called Integrity Comfort System to the completion of the project, the staff demonstrated an outstanding service, knowledge and transparency. I was impressed by Steven's knowledge, experience and professionalism. I felt confident to move forward with the installation because he explained to me in great detail what was involved in the installation process, price and warranties of the ac unit. It was a smooth process, not pushy at all, and nothing was hidden. I want also to thank the installation team, Jared, David and Mike for their excellent quality of work and professionalism.
